Hi everyone! I will be participating in the Feature and Follow book meme hosted by Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. This meme is a great way to increase your following as well as make new friends. Every week the hosts ask a question for you to answer and also each feature a blogger for you to check out. You can visit any Feature and Follow post on the hosts' blogs for more information. Now onto this weeks question!
Question: What was your favourite book of 2014 - or books if you can't name just one? - via AlisonCanRead
Answer:
Very different reads but both fantastic stand-alone books. Would highly recommend both of them! I wasn't book blogging at the time I read these so unfortunately I don't have a review for either of them, but take my word for it - they are both great books. Click on the covers to be sent to their Goodreads pages.
Thanks for reading! If you're here on a blog hop, I'd prefer to be followed via RSS or Bloglovin', but GFC is fine too. Be sure to leave me a comment letting me know you stopped by!
Hi Shanny! I've always wanted to read something by Neil Gaiman. I'll check this book out.

Here’s my F&F
Sometimes a standalone is what I need, it gets tiring to read a series at some point. Love the picks! Definitely adding them to my TBR pile ;)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, welcome to your first FF! :D

ReplyDeleteI would definitely recommend the book! And no worries, just go this website http://www.languageisavirus.com/nanowrimo/word-meter.html and manipulate the HTML, so instead of words it's books or points and you can change the colour as well. If you need any help DM me on twitter. I'll follow you there as well! My handle's @shannyreads
